Welcome to Friendly Breaks Co. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the agreement between Friendly Breaks Co and the client regarding the supply, installation, servicing, and management of refreshment vending solutions.

2. Services

Friendly Breaks Co provides fully managed refreshment vending solutions for workplaces, construction sites, warehouses, gyms, healthcare facilities, schools, and other commercial environments.

Our services may include:

  • Supply and installation of vending machines

  • Ongoing stock replenishment

  • Machine servicing and maintenance

  • Technical support and repairs

  • Product rotation and inventory management

  • Cashless payment integration

All machines remain the property of Friendly Breaks Co unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Site Requirements

Clients agree to provide:

  • Suitable indoor placement or approved covered outdoor placement

  • Access to a standard power outlet

  • Safe and reasonable access for servicing and restocking

  • A secure environment for machine operation

Friendly Breaks Co reserves the right to refuse installation if the location is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

4. Installation & Maintenance

Friendly Breaks Co will handle installation, servicing, and ongoing maintenance of all machines.

We aim to respond to technical issues within a reasonable timeframe. Maintenance schedules may vary depending on location and usage.

Clients must notify Friendly Breaks Co of any machine faults, damage, or operational issues as soon as possible.

5. Product Availability

Product selection may vary depending on location, supplier availability, and seasonal demand.

Friendly Breaks Co reserves the right to substitute products when necessary while maintaining a similar quality and category.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Ensure machines are not tampered with, moved, or modified

  • Provide reasonable access for servicing and restocking

  • Maintain a safe environment around the vending equipment

  • Notify Friendly Breaks Co of any issues promptly

Clients may be responsible for damages caused by misuse, vandalism, negligence, or intentional interference.

7. Payments

Where applicable, payment terms for customised agreements, catering services, or additional services will be outlined separately in writing.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

8. Cancellations & Removal

Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable written notice.

Friendly Breaks Co reserves the right to remove equipment if:

  • Machines are repeatedly damaged or misused

  • Site access becomes unavailable

  • Agreed terms are breached

  • The location becomes commercially unsuitable

All vending machines and associated equipment remain the property of Friendly Breaks Co.

9. Liability

Friendly Breaks Co is not liable for:

  • Temporary machine downtime

  • Product shortages caused by supplier delays

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorised interference

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the services provided.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the agreement.

11. Changes To Terms

Friendly Breaks Co may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
